Please read our terms carefully before booking your journey with us

1. Booking Terms

All bookings must be confirmed via email. Confirmation will be sent after full or partial payment is received.
A 50% advance payment is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour, as per the agreed terms.
All guests are required to follow the tour guide's instructions at all times to ensure safety and security throughout the journey.
Standard check-in time in most Sri Lankan hotels is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM.
Rooms are provided based on the chosen category (Standard, Deluxe, Suite, or Premium), subject to availability.
Guests must carry their original passport, valid for at least one month beyond the return date of the tour.

We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in exchange rates, taxes, or supplier charges.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any part of the tour due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, a suitable alternative will be provided.
All guests are responsible for their own belongings. We are not liable for any lost or stolen items during the trip.
