Please read our terms carefully before booking your journey with us

1. Booking Terms

  • All bookings must be confirmed via email. Confirmation will be sent after full or partial payment is received.
  • A 50% advance payment is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour, as per the agreed terms.
  • All guests are required to follow the tour guide's instructions at all times to ensure safety and security throughout the journey.
  • Standard check-in time in most Sri Lankan hotels is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM.
  • Rooms are provided based on the chosen category (Standard, Deluxe, Suite, or Premium), subject to availability.
  • Guests must carry their original passport, valid for at least one month beyond the return date of the tour.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

12 to 14 days 75% 25% refund
Less than 12 days 100% No refund
  • In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be provided.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days.

3. General Policies

  • All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in exchange rates, taxes, or supplier charges.
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel any part of the tour due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, a suitable alternative will be provided.
  • All guests are responsible for their own belongings. We are not liable for any lost or stolen items during the trip.
